Delivery Time Frame

• Please note that our cushion covers can take up to 7-10 working days to be delivered, this is because our British manufacturers make everything by hand, we can assure you, however, that it'll be worth the wait.

At Mode Abode we offer our customers a return policy for goods that are faulty. Because our products are individually made to order our manufacturers will not accept returns or offer refunds unless goods are damaged or not as advertised. Please note that colours on screen are representative of the colour of fabric reproduced and so therefore, may vary slightly. However, both our UK based manufacturers and ourselves work incredibly hard to ensure that screen colour and print colours are as close as possible. For faulty goods please email us directly tocontact@modeabode.uk or call us on 01273245850. You will be refunded all payments made to us, excluding the costs of delivery which cannot be refunded.

We reccomend a cool hand wash only.
