Deliveries & Returns
- We are currently only shipping to the UK,but we are working on shipping to Europe & the rest of the world at a later date.
- Delivery Cost: We are currently offering FREE shipping on all of our products. Delivery Times: Please allow 7 working days for us to deliver your product.
- Returns Policy: At Mode Abode we offer our customers a return policy for goods that are faulty. Because our products are individually made to order our manufacturers will not accept returns or offer refunds unless goods are damage or not as advertised. Please note that colours on screen are representative of the colour of fabric reproduced and so therefore, may vary slightly. However, both our UK based manufacturers and ourselves work incredibly hard to ensure that screen colour and print colours are as close as possible.For faulty goods please email us directly to: email@example.com You will be refunded all payments made to us, excluding the costs of delivery which cannot be refunded. Your reimbursement will be completed once we are in receipt of the returned goods. A sum may be deducted from the reimbursement if any of the products are found to have been damaged though handling by you. In which case you will be informed by us via email.Customers will be reimbursed in either/or ways below:(a) 10 working days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or(b) (if earlier) 10 working days after the day you are able to provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or(c) if there were no goods supplied, 10 working days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.All items must be returned to us in their original condition.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to Mode Abode in the original packaging to prevent any damage to the items.We suggest you use a recorded method of carriage to return the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.
