Because our products are individually made to order our manufacturers will not accept returns or offer refunds unless goods are damaged or not as advertised. Please note that colours on screen are representative of the colour of fabric reproduced and so therefore, may vary slightly. However, both our UK based manufacturers and ourselves work incredibly hard to ensure that screen colour and print colours are as close as possible.
